The Hilton Residences Bangalore, due for completion in 2007, will feature 250 apartments ranging from 54 square metres to 180 square metres. It will have four restaurants and bars as well as full health and fitness facilities including a swimming pool, squash and tennis courts and a health club and spa. For the meeting professionals, the hotel will offer a business centre, six meeting rooms with a capacity for 30 delegates and two luxury boardrooms suitable for prestigious senior meetings for up to 20 participants. 

The property is 10 minutes drive from the existing airport and 3.5 kilometres from the central business district.

The Hilton Residences Bangalore, which offers one, two and three bedroom units, will be the only five-star serviced apartment hotel in the city of Bangalore and the only accommodation available within the 55-acre Business Park. The property is surrounded by five million square foot of commercial space and overlooks a golf course.
